Community Connections

As a member of the family of Culver City schools, the iAcademy encourages families to support our local partners. Below are links to a few of these groups which support students and provide ongoing assistance to the students and families of the Culver City Unified School District.

CULVER CLOSET
The Culver Closet provides CCUSD families in need with access to free clothing and toiletry items. Thank you for helping to support all the members of our CCUSD family.

To take a tour of the Culver Closet, promote the Culver Closet at a CCUSD elementary school, refer a family, volunteer your time, or for general inquires, please contact Adrienne Madrid, CCHS Career Counselor, at [email protected] or (310) 842-4200, ext. 3313 or contact Marion Serra, CCHS ROP Technician, at [email protected] or (310) 842-4200, ext. 3351.

THE CULVER CITY EDUCATION FOUNDATION
The Culver City Education Foundation is a charitable, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing quality educational programs for every student in the Culver City Unified School District.

To accomplish this mission, the Foundation reaches out to the community to secure funds and resources. Founded in 1981, the Culver City Education Foundation has donated millions to Culver City schools.

The Culver City Education Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. Donations are tax deductible as provided in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code

PTA- Culver CIty Council of PTA's
The Culver City Council of Parent Teacher Associations (CCCPTA) is an advisory body with representative membership from all of the elementary and secondary PTA/PTSA units in Culver City. The Council supports the school site PTAs by facilitating communication and coordinating their efforts. Council PTA also links the local units to the Thirty-Third District of the CA State PTA, the California State PTA and the National PTA.

Known for its site based fundraising, events and programs benefiting children at schools across the nation, PTA is also the nation’s largest and most powerful children’s advocacy group.

iAcademy students are from the entire district and while we do not have our own PTA, students and parents are encouraged to show their support for the PTA by obtaining a Community Membership by using the form below.
